Can I make changes to my order?Updated 9 months ago

We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed, our customer support team is unfortunately unable to make changes.

Even if you contact us right away, our fulfillment team is constantly processing orders, so there’s no guarantee we can address your request before your order is shipped.

This includes:

  • Cancelling your order
  • Changing items or sizes
  • Updating shipping or billing addresses
  • Adding items to your order
  • Modifying the shipping method
  • Altering the payment method

If you need to change your delivery address:

  • For orders within Australia, you can redirect your parcel using the Australia Post tracking page.
  • For orders shipped with DHL Express, please contact DHL directly as they might be able to assist with redirecting your parcel.

Please note, if you’ve provided an incorrect address at checkout, we can’t offer a refund or replacement for the order.
