If you have tracking on your parcel, please check your tracking number to confirm your parcel has been delivered and on what date.
Our PO Box is emptied at 8.30 am each day, so any parcels delivered after this time are collected the following business day.
Once we have received your return, our team will process it per your request and our returns policy. This can take 5 - 6 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once it has been finalised.
Once you have determined your parcels delivery date, please only reach out once the above turnaround has lapsed - ensuring you have checked you spam/ junk folder for any correspondence.
