During our Black Friday promotion, our standard returns policy continues to apply to all full-price and eligible sale items, unless otherwise specified.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.

Please ensure you carefully review your selection, style and sizing before completing your purchase, as Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or the item does not fit as expected. 

✅Full-Price & Sale Items✅

Our standard returns policy remains unchanged for full-price and eligible sale items purchased during Black Friday.

• Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges or store credit are available within 40 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
