If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately using the form below and include photos of the issue.
Important: Please do not return any incorrect or damaged items before reaching out to us first. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch via email and work to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
Photo Verification Requirements:
Faulty Item:
- Photos should clearly show both the issue and the ECHT logo or size tag in the same image.
- If there are multiple items with issues, please include a photo showing each item with the ECHT logo.
- Ensure the item is not being worn in the photo.
- Photos should be clear and in JPEG or PDF format.
- For faults that cannot be captured in a photo, like a zipper issue, please send a short video showing the problem
Wrong/Missing Item:
- Include a photo of the A4 packing slip.
- Include a photo of the barcode on the clear packaging and the label on the item.
- Ensure the item is not being worn in the photo.
- Photos should be clear and in JPEG or PDF format.
If additional photos are needed, our Customer Care Team may request them. Please note that not including photos with your initial enquiry may delay the resolution process.
