ECHT Mystery Box – Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Our ECHT Mystery Boxes are specially curated with surprise styles, making each box unique! 📦

Please review the following policy before purchasing your Mystery Box. 

🌐 Can I choose the items in my Mystery Box?

No, the items included in our Mystery Boxes are selected at random by our team, so you are unable to choose specific styles, colours or items.

Each Mystery Box is designed to be a surprise! While we cannot accommodate individual item or colour request, we hope you love this collection as much as us! 

🌐 Can I return my Mystery Box for a refund?

Mystery Box purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, style preference or colour preference.

As the items are selected as part of a mystery bundle, we are unable to offer refunds for Mystery Box purchases.

🌐 Can I exchange my Mystery Box?

Yes! We can offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

As the individual styles included in your Mystery Box are not displayed separately in your order details, you will need to contact our Customer Care team to manually submit your exchange request.

❗Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to exchange, along with your preferred size.‼

Our team will review your request and advise you of the next steps. Please note that size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🌐 Can I receive store credit instead?

Yes! If you would prefer not to proceed with a size exchange, store credit may be offered in accordance with our Mystery Box policy.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash and can be used towards a future ECHT purchase.

🌐 Can I use my ECHT Rewards points to purchase a Mystery Box?

Yes! You can redeem your ECHT Rewards points for vouchers and apply an eligible voucher towards your Mystery Box purchase at checkout.

Please ensure you convert your points into a voucher before completing your purchase and review any applicable voucher terms and conditions.
