How do I redeem my Rewards, and which products can I use my coupon for?

To access and redeem your Rewards, please visit: HERE to claim a Rewards product, simply add the item(s) to your cart and apply your code at checkout. Please note, if you're claiming a reward product on its own, you'll need to cover the postage costs.

Can I redeem my points for a cash discount on my order?

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, but you can use them to redeem gift cards.

Can I transfer points from another account?

Points are non-transferable between accounts.

Do past orders count toward Rewards?

Orders placed before joining the Rewards program are not eligible for points redemption.

What are the benefits of referring a friend?

When you refer a friend to Echt Rewards, you earn 50 points, and your friend gets $15 off their entire order (minimum order $50 AUD).

Can I return an item redeemed from the Rewards program?

Items redeemed through the Rewards program are not eligible for return.

How do I redeem gift cards?

You can redeem 100 points for a $10 gift card. The minimum amount of points required to redeem is 200, and the maximum is 800 per customer.

What if I forgot to add my Rewards item to my order?

Reward items must be applied before completing your payment. Since we aim to ship orders quickly, our customer support team is unable to modify orders once placed. However, you can keep your discount code and apply it to your next purchase. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

Terms and Conditions:

• Currency: Rewards are earned and issued in AUD.

• Reward issuance: Rewards are added to the Member's account after an order is completed. Cannot be used with other offers unless specified.

• Spend calculation: Based on final dollars spent after discounts, refunds, and redemptions. Excludes shipping fees and gift card purchases.

• Non-transferable: Points cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded. Not valid outside echt.com.au or on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon).

• Valid purchases: Only purchases made after November 1st, 2018, count towards rewards.

• Expiration: Points expire after 12 months, starting from August 3rd, 2023.

• Refunds: If a purchase that earned points is refunded, any loyalty points earned will be forfeited.

• Echt's rights: Echt may cancel, withdraw, or change Rewards without notice, including correcting errors or addressing fraud.

• Terms subject to change: Rewards Program Terms and Conditions can change at Echt’s discretion without notice.

• Account termination: Upon account termination (by customer or due to violation of terms), all points will be forfeited.

• Liability: Echt will make efforts to award points as per terms but is not responsible for technical errors.
