What is a Sale Item? 🛍️

Sale items are products that are automatically discounted on our website and are not sold at full price.

Can I use a Discount Code on Sale Items? 💸

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale. Additionally, discount codes are not valid for accessories, gift cards, or products like Protect My Order.

Can I return Sale Items for an Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit? 🔁

All sale items are subject to our returns policy. This means they can only be exchanged for another item of similar value or issued as store credit, unless they fall under the Australian Consumer Law (Vic).

I just purchased an item and now it's on sale. Can you price match? 💲

Regrettably, we are unable to amend any confirmed orders, including price matching for items that were purchased at full price and are now on sale.
