This promotion commences at 06.05.2026 09:00 AEST and concludes at 19.05.2026 23:59 AEST. The Promoter's computer systems are the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any third-party platform. Any questions or complaints regarding this promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to any platform.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to Worldwide residents aged 18 and over who hold a current residential address. To be eligible to enter, entrants must submit their details via the official entry form and be aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit https://echt.com.au/ and complete the official entry form in full during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide their name, email address, and any other required details. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

6. MAXIMUM ENTRIES

Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

7. PRIZE DRAW

A random prize draw will be taken at 12:00 PM AEST on Wednesday May 20 2026.. The draw will take place at Echt Apparel Ltd

Truganina VIC 3029.

8. PRIZE

Products from Echt Apparel's new Terry Towelling range, to the value of $300 AUD. (approximate retail value: $300 AUD).

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted via email no later than 1:00 PM AEST on Wednesday May 20 2026.

10. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced at https://echt.com.au/ on or around 20.05.2026 12:00 AEST.

11. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the notification, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
