Can I make changes to my order?Updated a month ago

At Echt, we’re all about getting your orders out quickly! 🏃🏽‍♀️

Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes, as our fulfillment teams are hard at work processing them.

Even if you reach out to us right away, our fulfillment team is actively processing orders, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to address your request before your order ships. 

This includes:
➡️ Cancelling your order
➡️ Changing items or sizes
➡️ Updating shipping or billing addresses
➡️ Adding items to your order
➡️ Changing shipping or payment methods



Updating Your Delivery Address:

🔹 For Orders within Australia: You can redirect your order using the Australia Post tracking page HERE.

🔹 For FedEx Orders (international): Please contact FedEx directly HERE, as they may be able to redirect your parcel depending on the circumstances.

Please note that if an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we’re unable to refund or replace the order.
