Can I exchange my items?
Yes, you can exchange your items for the same style in a different size, provided they are in line with our returns policy.
If you'd like to exchange for a different style/item with a different price, a store credit will be issued.
How long do I have to return for an exchange?
You must send your return within 40 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.
Do I have to pay for postage on an exchange?
You’ll only need to cover the postage to send your exchange back to us, and we’ll handle the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you!
What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock or if you’re looking for a different product with a different price, we’ll automatically issue a 110% store credit.
The price has changed for the item I exchanged. Am I eligible for a reimbursement?
For exchanges of the same item in a different size, any price difference will not result in a refund or store credit (e.g. if it’s now at full price or on sale).
Can I get a refund on an already exchanged item?
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If a second change is requested, a store credit will be provided in accordance with our returns policy.
Can I add another item to my exchange order?
Additional purchases cannot be added to your exchange order.
I received a store credit for the out-of-stock item, do I have to to pay for shipping on my next order?
The store credit only covers the value of the out-of-stock item, it doesn't apply to shipping fees, which are separate.
