How do I purchase a return label?Updated 16 days ago
For Australian customers only:
If you have purchased free returns, a return label will be provided (via the returns portal); otherwise, you will need to source your own return shipping.
For International Customers:
For customers in New Zealand you have the option to purchase a return label through our team.
To do so, please submit a ticket HERE and select "Returns/Exchanges" as the subject. In the message field, request to purchase a return label for your country.
The return label pricing is as follows:
🔹 New Zealand: $44 NZD
* Remote areas incur extra surcharge: New Zealand $80 NZD.
🚚 Alternatively, you may choose to use your own carrier.
For all other countries, you will need source your own courier service to ship the items back to us and don't forget to include your Return form inside!
