For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect fit, the return shipping is on you and is non-refundable. 

To keep things smooth, make sure to save your tracking details, as Airmed Scrubs isn’t responsible for returns that get lost in transit.

If there are any delivery issues along the way—such as delays or a lost parcel—you'll need to raise the matter directly with the courier, as they're best equipped to assist in those situations.
