My discount code is not working, what do I do?Updated a month ago
In order to make sure receive your discount, please ensure you are doing one or all of the following:
- Ordering directly on our website www.echt.com.au and not through a third party app
- Try clearing out your history and cache memory
- Use a PC or laptop
Please note that the discount code does not apply to sale items and is only applicable across selected full-priced items unless otherwise stated.
