If you find yourself with a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away HERE and include photos of the issue.
Important: Please don’t send back any items before getting in touch with us!
For Faulty Items:
📸 Make sure your photo shows both the issue and the Airmed logo or size tag in one clear shot.
📸 Photos should be in JPEG or PDF format.
📸 If there are multiple issues, include a photo that shows all the problems and the Airmed logo.
📸 The item should not be worn in the photo.
📸 For zip issues that are tricky to capture in a photo, a short video would be super helpful.
For Wrong/Missing Items:
📸 Include a photo of the A4 packing slip.
📸 Show the barcode on the clear packaging and the label on the item.
📸 Ensure the item is not worn in the photo.
📸 Photos should be clear and in JPEG or PDF format.
If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days after your orders delivery date, we may not be able to assist further.
If additional photos are needed, our Customer Care Team may request them. Please note that not including photos with your initial inquiry may delay the resolution process.
