Australian Customers:

In order for us to resend your parcel back to you, a resend shipping fee of $15.00 AUD will be charged, and an invoice will be sent separately.

Upon confirmation of payment, we will email you your new tracking number.

Alternatively, we can provide you store credit. A $15.00 return to sender fee is deducted from the total of your store credit for the following reasons:

  • Rejected parcel at the time of delivery
  • Parcel not collected from local post office / parcel locker (within 10 days)
  • Change of address/ incorrect address provided
  • Addressee unknown/ ID cannot be verified
  • Unable to access the property
  • Multiple delivery attempts
  • Rejected custom and duty fees
If we do not receive a response from you, we will issue a store credit. A $15.00 (for AU customers) return to sender fee is deducted from the total of your store credit.

Important: Deliveries that are rejected by the recipient and returned to us will not be eligible for compensation. This includes refunds, replacements, or credits.


International Customers:

Please note that for all international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees or delivery issues.

If a parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  • Customs duties or taxes were not paid
  • The parcel was rejected at the time of delivery
  • The parcel was not collected from your local post office or pickup point
  • An incorrect or changed address was provided
  • The addressee could not be identified or ID could not be verified
  • The delivery address was inaccessible
  • Multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful

You may be offered one of the following options:

  • Reshipping the order for an additional shipping fee
  • Receiving store credit, minus a restocking fee
  • In some cases, forfeiture of the order and any reimbursement

Please note: For express orders shipped via DHL or FedEx, parcels are not returned to us if undelivered. As a result, we are unable to offer any refund, credit, or reshipment in these cases.

Important: Orders that are rejected by the recipient and returned to us will not be eligible for any form of compensation—this includes refunds, replacements, or store credit.
