Make sure to hold on to your shipping receipt - it will contain your tracking number.
4️⃣ Processing Your Return
Once your return arrives at our PO Box, please allow 5-6 days for us to process your request. We will reach out to you via email with updates.
International Customers:
1️⃣ For US, UK, NZ and Canada customer you can purchase a label via our team. To do this submit a ticket HERE,
select subject "Returns/Exchanges" and in the message field, request to purchase a return label for the country you are shipping from or source your own carrier.

For all other countries you will need source your own courier service to ship the items back to us and don't forget to include your Return form inside.

A few things to keep in mind when lodging your return:
- Refund Eligibility: You can get a refund if the item was purchased at full price or with a customer-applied discount code (excluding automatic sale discounts and accessories), returned within 14 days of delivery. Gift cards are not refundable, and refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If you used split payments, the refund goes to store credit first.
What does 14 days mean? Your parcel has been sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order - Return Policy: You can return items (excluding final sale items and accessories) for an exchange or store credit within 30 days if they're unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only; final sale items cannot be returned. You pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for those of the same price. If your desired item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact support with photos before returning. Do not return these items without prior approval.
Important Notes
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. If your return is received after 30 days, store credit (minus a $10 fee) will be issued, and the items cannot be returned to you.
Please inspect your items before sending them back, as we cannot accept damaged or soiled returns.
If no notes are included with your return, store credit will be automatically issued.
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details, as Echt is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Discount codes from the original order are non-refundable, non-creditable, and cannot be applied to exchange orders.
Full-priced items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded. To qualify for a refund, the return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Final sale items cannot be returned. If a final sale item is returned, you will receive a store credit for 10% of the purchase price. We cannot send the item back.
Already exchanged items/orders are only eligible for store credit, not refunds.
Items purchased with automatic discounts or already on sale can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. Final sale items are excluded.
If your requested exchange is out of stock or if there's a price difference for an alternative product, store credit will be issued automatically.
Discount codes cannot be refunded, credited, or applied to new or exchange orders.
- If a full-priced item is returned and a store credit requested, a refund will not be permitted at a later time.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods/consumables ,socks, water bottles, gift cards, Rewards program items, and final sale items.
Additional purchases cannot be added to your exchange order.
