Our Returns Team conducts thorough inspections of all returns. If your returned item doesn't meet our criteria, we won't be able to process it. If we find that an item is dirty or damaged upon inspection, our team will reach out to you via email with photo evidence.
Our team will then provide the next steps or available options.
Please note that no exceptions will be made.
