1. PROMOTION PERIOD

This promotion commences at 27.05.2026 12:00 AEST and concludes at 03.06.2026 23:59 AEST. The Promoter's computer systems are the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

2. CONDUCT OF PROMOTION

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc.). Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any third-party platform. Any questions or complaints regarding this promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to any platform.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to Worldwide residents aged 18 and over who hold a current residential address. Entrants must follow @echt_apparel on Instagram, like and comment ion the giveaway post and be aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, follow @echt_apparel on Instagram and like and comment on the official giveaway post during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Entries submitted by automated means, bots, or third-party services are invalid and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

6. MAXIMUM ENTRIES

There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry is submitted separately and in accordance with these terms.

7. PRIZE DRAW

A random prize draw will be taken at 12:00 PM AEST on Thursday June 4 2026. The draw will take place at Echt Apparel Ltd
7 Leader Street
Truganina VIC 3029.

8. PRIZE

$200 AUD worth of Echt Apparel product 6 times over a 12 month period. $2,400 AUD total value. (approximate retail value: $2,400 AUD).

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Messaging, no later than 1:00 PM AEST on Thursday June 4 2026.

10. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced at https://www.instagram.com/echt_apparel/ on or around 04.06.2026 12:00 AEST.

11. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the notification, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn.

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with 

with the Promoter's privacy policy located at https://echt.com.au/pages/privacy-policy-and-mobile-program-terms-of-service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This promotion is subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia. 

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
